## Job description
- Mainly responsible for handling Property and Casualty insurance claims
- Negotiate with claimant’s solicitors direct to achieve pre-action settlement
- Experience in attending Small claims Tribunal or mediation is preferable
- Handle claims related enquiries and provide claims service to clients
- Bachelor’s degree major in Law, Business, Insurance, Finance or related discipline
- At least 3 years’ experience in handling litigation or general insurance claims
- Experience working in Defendant law firms are also welcomed
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal skills and under pressure
- Excellent command of written and spoken in Chinese, English and proficient in Mandarin
