## Job description
- 协助总经理制定中心支公司中、长期业务发展规划，推动战略目标有效落地;
- 参与制定中心支公司年度工作计划,协助完成省公司下达的年度业务预算任务；
- 有效实施组织销售和运营管理；
- 协助推动中心支公司人才队伍建设，组织实施人才引进、培养、激励与评估，提升团队整体的能力与凝聚力；
- 协助中心支公司内控和合规管理工作；
- 完成上级交办的其他工作任务。
- 大学本科及以上学历；
- 从事金融工作3年以上或者从事经济工作5年以上；
- 熟悉财产保险公司三级机构运作，具有较强的综合管理能力、工作协调能力、判断与决策能力；
- 有渠道及县域管理者优先；
- 中共党员优先。
