## Job description
- 综合考虑市场、监管等外部因素，以及公司战略、经营目标、渠道特性等内部因素，拟定整体和阶段性的车险经营策略，对预算和路径执行情况实施跟踪、预警和纠偏调整。
- 落地风险预测模型的应用，研究市场和销售行为，制定契合市场的报价策略，提升车险报价能力。
- 建立健全车险经营监控体系，监控分析评估机构、渠道及细分业务板块的保单品质，优化业务结构，提升业务品质；
- 负责根据总公司及当地监管要求完成车险定价相关工作；
- 领导交办的其他工作。
- 本科及以上学历，相关专业；
- 责任心强，沟通协调能力强，具有一定抗压能力；
- 有车险核保工作经验优先。
