## Job description
- 组织开展集团国际化发展策略的研究、制定、实施和评估。
- 牵头对集团境外代表处实行统一管理，完善工作机制，推动落实核心工作职责。
- 组织建立运行与海外机构的定期工作沟通及重点工作督导机制，促进强化风险管控。
- 建立多渠道信息收集网络，收集研究国际市场、海外监管、行业前沿、重要同业信息动态。
- 国际条线经营发展相关各类报告材料的研究起草。
- 部门交办的其他工作。

### 教育背景
- 全日制本科及以上学历。

### 政治面貌
- 中共党员优先。

### 工作经验
- 5年以上金融保险或财经相关工作经验，具有财险行业工作经历者优先。

### 能力素质
- 熟悉保险业务；具有较强的文字表达能力、逻辑思维能力和沟通协作能力；能够英语交流，熟练使用办公软件。
