## Job description
- 全面负责支公司各项经营管理工作；
- 负责规划、组织机构的营销活动；
- 负责机构保费任务的分解和追踪；
- 负责业务品质的维护和管理，达成公司下达的各项保费和利润考核指标；
- 负责本机构团队建设和管理工作。 1、年龄40周岁及以下，全日制本科及以上学历，中共党员； 2、金融、保险等相关工作经验3年以上，在管理岗位任职至少2年以上，有较好的客户资源和社会关系。
