## Job description

岗位职责
- 在病区主任指导下，负责本科一定范围的医疗、教学、科研、预防工作。
- 按时查房，具体参加和指导住院医师进行诊断、治疗及特殊诊疗操作。
- 掌握病员的病倩变化，病员发生病危、死亡、医疔事故或其他重要问题时，应及时处理，并向病区主任汇报。
- 参加值班、门诊、会诊、出诊工作。
- 其他领导交办的工作。
- 教育背景:专科及以上学历，医学相关专业
- 工作经验:初级医师及以上职称，持有医师资格证;具有丰富的临床经验，具有医院老年科、内科、急诊科等临床工作经验优先;

### 知识技能
- 掌握OFFICE办公软件，具备基本的文字功底;具备一定的逻辑思维、语言表达、沟通能力，普通话标准;
- 能力素质:热爱养老事业，愿意为老年人服务。
