## Job description
- 负责统筹管理部门全面工作；
- 负责本条线人员队伍管理；
- 负责制定本条线各项规章制度；
- 负责公司交办的其他工作。 1.40周岁以下，全日制本科及以上学历； 2.具有5年以上保险从业经验； 3.具有较好的团队建设、资源整合、变革管理、战略执行、整体把控、抗压等能力； 4.认同太平企业文化，具备良好的沟通协调能力；
