## Job description
- 全面宣导并贯彻落实总、分公司关于银保条线的管理制度、经营政策，配合总、分公司开展各种经营项目并不断创新，探索银保业务发展新模式、新方法；
- 制定银保条线内外勤人才培养与发展规划，建立人才梯队，促进银保业务健康可持续发展；
- 负责中心支公司银保条线经营管理工作，并负责银行代理渠道的拓展与维护；
- 制定中心支公司银保条线年度工作计划，完成总、分公司下达的银保条线各项经营目标；
- 求真务实，支持配合，积极协助中心支公司负责人建设和谐高效的中心支公司班子；
- 协助中心支公司负责人处理好与当地政府相关部门的关系，掌握当地同业经营状况和行业发展信息，营造良好的外部经营环境；
- 坚持合规经营，有效管控银保条线各类经营风险；
- 及时处理好上级交办的其他工作事项。
- 本科及以上学历，年龄不超40周岁（含）；
- 三年以上营销管理及团队管理经验；
- 良好的口头及书面表达能力；
- 熟练操作办公室自动化系统；
- 善于沟通协调，把握合作机会，有很强的事业心和敬业精神。
