## Job description
- 受理各类运营业务（包括新契约、保全、理赔），初审并进行相应的系统操作；
- 为临柜客户及代理人提供各类咨询服务；
- 保单下发及回执管理；
- 可疑交易报送；
- 柜面投诉客户的安抚，投诉的受理；
- 问题件的管理，各类通知书的补打、发放；
- 业务档案的整理、交接；
- 运营受理的各类业务的追踪。
- 本科及以上学历，医学相关专业优先；
- 较强的中文写作与口头表达能力；
- 熟练操作办公软件；
- 良好的团队协作精神，爱岗乐业，善于学习，乐于沟通，工作认真、细致，作风朴实。
