## Job description
- 负责结合分公司责任险经营发展战略与规划，研究责任险业务市场情况及其发展趋势，拟定责任险业务运营发展规划；
- 负责根据公司责任险业务年度发展目标及承保政策，积极推动责任险条线业务发展，完成条线的预算目标；
- 负责结合要求，拟定分公司运营条线队伍培训计划，并组织实施对机构各相关条线的培训工作；
- 负责学习、执行责任险业务各项承保管理制度、分级授权与风控体系，并监督所辖机构严格执行，持续提升机构责任险承保管理的专业化水平；
- 负责对于发现的风控、承保与理赔问题，按时上报并及时整改，形成风险管控持续改进机制；
- 上级领导交办的其它工作。
- 认同公司企业文化，具备较强的沟通协调能力和执行能力, 具有高度的工作热情、良好的职业道德和高度责任心，无任何监管部门处罚记录；
- 大学本科及以上学历；
- 具有较好的沟通协调能力和独立的项目运作能力以及工作抗压能力；
- 年龄原则35周岁（含）以下，5年以上相关岗位从业经验，条件特别优秀者可适当放宽。
