## Job description
- 能够进行基本法撰写、数据测算、进行续期管理、继续率指标追踪；
- 负责办理员工调配、入职手续、离职手续、安排新人培训。
- 负责公司的合规管理、进行日常合规排查、宣传及培训；
- 负责公司内部及对外系统的对接、核对、沟通协调工作；
- 负责与监管部门沟通，对接机构相关的内外事宜；
- 负责公司日常的行政事务规划及执行；
- 其他公司交办的相关事项。
- 本科学历；
- 对办公软件操作熟悉，如 Office、WPS等；
- 具备一定文字功底，理解能力强，具有较好的编辑写作能力；
- 有积极的进取心、责任心、团队合作精神，工作认真踏实，有一定心理承压能力；
- 有过保险行业从业经历者优先。
