## Job description

（1）负责当地政企业务（含农险）的销售推动工作； （2）负责当地政企客户（含农险）的指标追踪和经营分析工作； （3）负责当地经纪、银行渠道的对接合作、营销推动和日常管理； （4）负责当地政企项目管理和重大项目销售支持工作； （5）负责当地销售队伍建设和管理工作； （6）负责当地系统工具应用推广工作； （7）负责非车出单/初审工作、核保业务咨询及沟通，承保流程申报，配合总分公司系统测试工作； （8）负责上门客户接待，落实公司柜面服务标准化工作要求，投诉客户联络及跟进任务； （9）领导交办的其他工作。
- 本科及以上学历，相关专业；
- 认同公司企业文化，有良好的沟通协调能力、语言表达能力，学习能力，具有内部服务意识及团队协作精神；
- 具备较强的沟通协调能力及执行力。
- 该岗位为劳务派遣编制。
