## Description

1. 根据公司制订的各项承保政策和要求，维护现有客户，及协助发展具备潜力的客户及有关的专业经纪户，完成部门及公司业绩目标； 2. 熟悉公司保险产品及业务，进行新业务报价及旧业务续保，作为承保部门及客户的沟通桥梁，尽力达成双方要求； 3. 提供高质量的售后服务，包括如解答查询，追收保费，更改保单内容及条款，跟进赔付的处理及进度，介绍及推广公司新产品新动向等； 4. 协助制定市场及渠道战略，收集最新市场动态和信息，与各承保部门保持沟通，对所负责的客户及专业经纪户进行定期走访。 1. 积极主动、认真负责、客户导向，具备良好的沟通及协调技巧，具备团队协作精神； 2. 具有自我驱动力，可以在压力下工作，及处理多个任务； 3. 熟练掌握Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)，及中文输入； 4. 中英文良好，普通话流利； 5. 经验不足但具备潜力者也欢迎投递简历。
