## Job description
- 协助运维平台建设项目的需求调研、方案设计、实施推进、测试验收和上线推广；
- 协助运维监控平台建设与运维，制定监控指标、告警策略和运行报表；
- 协助自动化运维平台建设与运维，推进日常巡检、变更发布、故障自愈、批量操作等场景自动化；
- 协助CMDB及运维数据平台建设、数据治理和日常维护，保障基础架构配置数据准确完整；
- 编写和维护工具平台运维手册、操作SOP、应急预案等技术文档；
- 协助制定运维平台相关管理制度、操作规范、应急预案，并组织培训和推广；
- 完成领导交办的其他工作事项。
- 计算机、软件工程、通信、电子信息、自动化等相关专业本科及以上学历；
- 具有运维平台建设、运维开发或系统运维相关工作经验，具有金融、保险行业数据中心经验者优先；
- 熟悉主流监控平台，如Zabbix、Prometheus、Grafana、夜莺等；
- 熟悉主流自动化运维工具，如Ansible、SaltStack、Terraform、蓝鲸等；
- 熟悉ITIL/ITSM流程，具备CMDB建设及数据治理经验；
- 熟悉Windows、Linux操作系统，熟练掌握Shell、Python中至少一种脚本语言；
- 了解国产化软硬件及信创环境，有信创适配经验者优先；
- 具备良好的分析判断能力、问题解决能力、执行能力；
- 具备良好的表达、归纳总结、文档编写能力。
