## Job description
- 承接总、分公司战略，统筹中支银保业务发展规划与实施，推动业务目标达成；
- 拓展银行渠道，创新合作模式，搭建维护合作平台，通过差异化策略及行司联动促进合作成效；
- 负责中支银保队伍的建设和管理，提升团队专业能力，落实公司相关管理制度；
- 推动日常经营分析与业绩提升举措，提升投产效能和自主经营能力；
- 负责机构合规文化建设，管控各类经营风险；
- 完成分公司交办的其他工作事项。
- 本科及以上学历并取得相应学位；
- 具备5年及以上寿险行业工作经验和2年及以上基层正职管理岗位或同等职务层级岗位工作经验；
- 具备银行保险从业经验及队伍管理经验者优先；
- 具备良好的组织协调能力、沟通表达能力；
- 具备较强的事业心、强烈的责任心； 6..遵守国家法律法规、社会公德、职业操守与公司规章制度； 7.中共党员优先。
