## Job description

将根据公司业务需要，在境内子公司、港澳机构进行跨地域轮岗锻炼，在不同业务场景中积累实战经验。轮岗结束后，作为外派港澳机构的干部人才储备。 1．政治立场坚定，认同集团企业文化，中共党员优先。 2．具备一定的专业知识和专业素养，全日制硕士研究生及以上学历。 3．具有熟练掌握粤语听说能力，具有跨境学习或实习经历的优先。 4．具有国际视野和多元融合能力，有志于投身集团国际化及大湾区发展事业。 5． 有强烈的事业心和责任感，作风正派、廉洁自律。 6． 具备正常履行工作职责的身体条件。
