## Job description
- 追踪督导业务达成进度
- 分析配需需求，制定宜兴银行保险内部队伍及银行渠道的培训规划
- 组织实施内外部培训，定期评估总结
- 开放产品培训课件，推动产品销售
- 负责新人养成计划
- 本科及以上学历；
- 有寿险营销和管理经验，具有岗位相应的专业技能；
- 良好的沟通协调能力和组织能力，执行力强，勇于接受挑战。
