## Job description
- 负责博士后科研工作站体制机制建设、日常运营管理工作，为博士后日常开展研究工作提供保障；
- 负责博士后科研工作站内外部联系，与博士后主管政府机关、合作高校、研究机构建立工作联系，组织开展对博士后科研成果的应用和宣传；
- 组织协调相关资源，开展相关重点课题的研究工作;
- 完成领导交办的其他工作。

### 学历要求
- 硕士研究生以上学历，拥有博士后经历者优先；985/211/海外知名院校（QS、US News等全球高校排名前200名）；保险、金融、经济、管理及相关专业；

### 工作经验
- 3年以上科研管理工作经验，具有金融机构研究部门、高等院校、政府研究机构、券商研究所经验优先;

### 知识技能
- 有较好的文字功底，独立起草制度文件和相关研究材料，具有较强的沟通协调能力； 4:专业技能：精通excel、word、powerpoint等工具；有较强的英语交流读写能力； 5.

### 其他要求

有较强的责任感、敬业精神和服务意识；细致认真，乐于并擅长沟通，具备良好的沟通协调能力和应变能力；自驱力、自觉性较强，具备良好的逻辑思维和团队合作意识。
