## Job description
- 协助制定中心支公司中、短期业务发展规划;
- 参与制定中心支公司年度工作计划,协助落实完成分公司下达的年度业务预算；
- 协助实施对销售和运营等相关的业务发展及管理；
- 协助中心支公司队伍建设，包括激励、培训、招聘以及发展等；
- 协助中心支公司内控和合规管理；
- 协助维护中心支公司与政府、监管机构、行业协会等关系，了解当地财险市场及同业发展状况和趋势；
- 上级交办的其他工作事项。
- 政治面貌应为中共党员或中共预备党员，符合监管任职资格要求；
- 在规定时间内取得毕业证、学位证或完成教育部门学历认证的留学人员，具备与岗位要求相适应的专业知识；
- 熟悉财产保险公司三级机构运营及管理，具有较强的综合管理能力、工作协调能力、判断与决策能力；
- 熟悉当地保险市场，有良好的人脉关系和保费资源；
- 身体健康，具备胜任工作要求的身体条件。
