## Job description
- 负责贯彻执行公司规章制度、监管规定、行业自律规范及法律法规，依法合规经营；
- 负责达成各项经营预算目标；
- 负责销售工作的组织实施，客户关系维护，推动业务持续发展；
- 负责分公司、中支各项工作的承接和落地；
- 负责制定本机构人员经营行为管理计划、对本机构人员各项违规行为承担管理责任；
- 负责销售队伍有效增员和日常培养；
- 负责外部公共关系管理；
- 负责经营组织日常基础管理；
- 负责上级领导交办的其他工作。
- 无违法犯罪记录，且过去两年内未受过金融监管部门的处罚;

### 学历
- 全日制大专及以上；
- 年龄:不超过 40 周岁；
- 从业经历:3 年及以上保险行业工作经验;
- 抗压能力强、有较好的逻辑思维能力和沟通能力。
