## Job description
- 根据总分公司业务预算目标及公司业务发展策略，确定产品年度规划，实现产品有序、高效、精准投放；定期追踪分析业务品质及业务进度，监控各项业务指标达成；
- 负责个人客户非车险产品综合保障供给，结合客户需求分析、渠道销售场景、业务品质要求，创新开发产品，针对新产品及条款拟定产品费率、风险定价，加强产品运行情况监测，优化产品管理体系；
- 负责互联网平台相关场景产品的创新、开发迭代、投产比管理，以及全流程跟进互联网产品的上线对接；
- 负责协同开展互联网相关场景平台及产品的运营监控、营销策划；
- 领导交办的其他工作。
- 统招本科以上学历，40周岁以下；
- 有同业意健险核保、推动等相关工作经验，熟悉非车产品；
- 具备一定数据处理分析能力，沟通协调能力良好，爱岗敬业。
