## Job description
- 对公司政策、制度的宣导和企业文化的传播；
- 协助所在机构负责人拟订经营计划，分析、追踪关键业绩指标，同时指导、推动各级业务人员达成月度、季度、年度业务目标；
- 策划、组织和追踪业务推动活动；
- 协助所在机构所辖各营业部建立自主经营功能小组，并推动功能小组的有效运作；
- 对各级业务人员进行销售技能、增员技能等日常辅导工作。
- 保险学、金融类、经济类等相关专业；
- 本科及以上学历经管、保险相关专业学历，具有国际保险专业资格优先；
- 具备1年以上相关岗位工作经验，熟练操作Excel、Word、PPT等办公软件；
- 较强的沟通表达能力，目标感强，良好的团队协作与进取精神，爱岗敬业。
