## Job description
- 负责承接总公司年度经营指标，并制定、规划、落实分公司各项经营预算指标及规划路径；
- 根据公司与集团内子公司的协同机制，落实与本地集团内子公司的协同；
- 制定业务推动规划及与相关部门沟通、衔接业务推进节奏、配套执行方案、过程管理及最终达成；
- 夯实基础管理，为机构项目业务发展提供支持；
- 公司、领导交办的相关工作。 1、40周岁以下，本科及以上学历，中共党员； 2、具有5年以上保险行业从业经验。
