## Job description

1.協助日常非醫療險理賠工作，對非醫療險案件的受理到結案進行全流程跟進； 2、協助健康管理工作，與服務商建立聯繫，溝通跟進日常增值服務使用情況。
- 本科或研究生在讀學生，對醫療險及非醫療險理賠、健康服務有濃厚興趣者優先；
- 熟練掌握各項辦公軟件的應用，能夠使用EXCEL做基本的數據分析；
- 具備較強的文字處理及口頭表達能力，積極主動，善於總結，有較強的執行能力及組織協調能力；
- 工作細緻嚴謹，責任心強，具備較好的抗壓能力，能同時獨立處理多項工作任務。
