## Job description

1、负责具体执行95589坐席调度派工，时效内完成全险种的电话查勘及辖区内在规定时间内的跟踪，医院复勘、伤残复勘、陪同评残、调解等全流程处理，负责指导查勘人员实地查勘、复勘现场、医院查勘等工作； 2、负责落实辖区内非车险人伤案件权限内的查勘作业、定核损和理算作业（机构未设置理算作业岗)； 4、负责查勘定损岗与单证收集及理算岗的专业技能培训与日常作业指导； 5、负责诉讼案件、追偿与代位求偿案件的处理，跟进人伤诉讼相关委托第三方机构处理案件的协调处理； 6、负责区域内全险种人伤未决案件的清理； 7、负责指导、参与人伤事故性质调查、医院查勘、交警队核查、工作收入及护理人核查、小额案件索赔等工作； 8、负责重大、疑难、投诉、舆情及争议案件的上报并提出处理建议； 9、领导交办的其他工作。

### 学历

大学本科；保险、医学专业优先； 能力：熟练使用办公软件，有良好的沟通协调能力；
