## Job description
- 负责总公司续期收费标准化作业流程的执行；
- 负责总公司的各项业务指标和品质指标；
- 负责对机构续期的辅导、培训、品质管理和活动量管理，提升其综合素质和业务技能；
- 负责对机构续期业务督导，督促其做好客户的续期服务工作；
- 负责制定策划续期业务激励方案，并组织推动实施。
- 本科及以上学历；
- 经验5以上同类工作经验；
- 具备很强的自我约束和自我管理能力；
- 同业绩优团队管理人员优先录取。
