## Job description
- 做好中支员工人事相关工作；
- 做好中支员工办公礼仪管理、办公用品采购管理、车辆管理、档案管理、职场管理、公文管理、印章管理、品牌宣传管理、单证及资产管理；
- 组织开展本机构的合规自查自纠工作，推进各项制度的落实，并对发现的违规行为督促其改正；
- 牵头组织本机构稽核整改工作的落实与反馈；
- 修订各项反洗钱制度，做好机构反洗钱宣传培训，落实分公司各项反洗钱工作要求；
- 其它分公司主管部门部置的各项工作。
- 相关岗位3年及以上相关工作经验，党员优先；
- 具有良好的计划性和掌控能力；
- 良好的语言沟通和文字表达能力；
- 良好的抗压能力；
- 具有良好的管理能力和协调能力。
