## Job description
- 本机构银保业务推动活动的组织、执行、追踪；
- 制定各项业务激励方案及推动政策；
- 增员活动的策划与落实；
- 指导和管理内勤队伍；
- 管理部门或本业务系列费用预算。
- 熟练使用office办公软件，包括excel、word、ppt等；
- 具有良好的计划性和掌控能力；
- 良好的语言沟通和文字表达能力；
- 良好的抗压能力；
- 具有良好的管理能力和协调能力。
