## Job description
- 负责支持、赋能分公司科技保险业务拓展、推动，为下属业务单位提供直接赋能，实现本机构科技保险业务在保费规模、客户数量、保障金额等方面的协调增长；
- 负责对分公司科技保险业务拓展进行支持，赋能机构培育和发展科技保险专业团队；
- 负责定期对下属各级业务单位的科技保险业务发展开展统计分析，为业务发展提供数据支撑；
- 积极开展与科技行业各类主体的沟通，梳理科技行业重点领域的业务发展机会；
- 负责收集科技保险相关市场信息和客户需求，开展同业交流，推动科技保险产品、模式、服务创新 1、本科及以上学历，保险、金融专业优先； 2、1年以上金融、保险渠道相关工作经验； 3、具有良好的沟通、协调能力和团队协作精神。
