## Job description
- 落实分公司银保策略和规划；
- 银保业务推动活动的组织、执行、追踪；
- 各项业务推动政策、激励方案的制定与传承；
- 增员活动的策划与落实；
- 建设与管理银保内外勤队伍；
- 管理部门或本业务系列费用预算。
- 全日制本科及以上学历；
- 年龄40周岁以下；
- 具有3年以上银保相关工作经验；
- 责任心强，具备良好的沟通能力、战略规划及组织推动能力；
- 中共党员优先考虑。
