## Job description
- 根据上级公司的业务目标和当地市场状况，制定并实施机构个险业务计划，并达成目标；
- 全面负责机构日常经营管理；
- 负责机构与地方政府部门、行业协会、新闻媒体等的对外协调工作；
- 负责机构个人业务管理团队建设和发展
- 本科及以上学历；
- 年龄35周岁以下；
- 具备3年及以上寿险行业工作经验，有2年及以上同等职务层次岗位工作经验者优先；
- 具备良好的目标感和抗压能力，学历能力强，创新能力强，执行力强，熟练使用办公软件；
- 中共党员优先。
