## Job description
- 培训项目的计划、落实、推动、督导、评估、反馈 ；
- 各项培训指标和晋升的推动、以及落实职场训练；
- 负责组织、实施制式及非制式培训等；
- 协助推动组织发展，并与业务推动岗配合完成各项推动工作；
- 协助配合策划、组织与实施各项会议经营。
- 本科及以上学历优先；
- 有同业工作经验者优先；
- 熟练操作办公软件，有一定沟通协调能力；
- 良好的团队协作精神，爱岗乐业，善于学习，乐于沟通；
- 工作认真，细致。
