## Job description

1．Assist in reviewing and developing HR policies, guidelines and procedures, ensuring compliance to HK labor ordinance and other local regulations; 2．Maintain HRIS system and update employees database on a timely and accurate basis; 3．Support daily use of HR systems to ensure the data accuracy and quality, including but not limited to data extraction, validation and correction 4．Provide data input and update, and administrative support to HR Department in leave and attendance, staff and benefits records and sick leave certificate checking; 5．Support all rounded

Human Resources operational matters in local, regional and global level. 1．Bachelor’s degree holder, eligible to work in Hong Kong, preferably for permanent resident holders; 2．At least 1 year relevant HR experience in an organization; 3．Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (both Mandarin and Cantonese); 4．Proficient in computer skills and

Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel; 5．Well-organized, detail-minded, willing to learn, proactive; 6．Positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility; 7．Strong communication and time management skills, team player; 8．Immediate available is highly preferred.
