## Job description
- 协助总经理分管三四级机构相关业务经营工作；
- 指导四级机构业务发展，规划经营管理路径，推进渠道专业化建设，及时分析研判市场信息和趋势，准确解读相关政策，制定有效的市场策略，对非车险各项工作目标的达成负责；
- 建立并维护广泛的业务合作关系；
- 有效落实各项基础管理工作，加强队伍管理，建设风清气正的队伍；
- 分公司总经理室、中支总经理安排的其他工作。
- 大学本科及以上学历，不超过40周岁，中共党员，具备10年以上保险从业经验；
- 有5年保险行业经营管理工作经验或大中型国有企业管理工作经验；
- 有良好的职业道德，能够承受一定工作压力； 该招聘流程中有背景调查环节，请投递真实、完整的简历。
