## Job description
- 協助團隊根據銷售目標制定計劃策略，推動目標達成；
- 為渠道和合作夥伴提供有效銷售支持，維護渠道關係；
- 協助團隊及合作夥伴處理日常運營事務，并提供專業指導；
- 完成主管交辦的臨時事項/項目
- 認同公司發展理念；
- 具備3-5年及以上壽險營銷相關經驗，擁有一定的培訓宣講能力；
- 強烈目標導向和責任感，良好溝通協調能力；
- 熟練掌握粵語或普通話，具備流暢的書面和口頭表達能力，熟練運用雙語者優先；
- 須持有香港有效入境許可，具備大灣區相關工作經驗者優先。
