## Job description
- 依據公司發展戰略，協助部門總制定人力資源戰略規劃；
- 提出崗位設置與人員配備方案，籌劃並實施人才儲備及梯隊建設；
- 參與公司人事決策，組織制定招聘、培訓、薪酬、績效、福利、員工關係、企業文化等人力資源管理規範、各項規定和管理流程，並負責具體實施落實；
- 完善績效評估體系，合理規劃和控制人力資源成本；
- 規劃、指導、管理及監督下屬的相關工作。
- 本科及以上學歷，人力資源管理、心理學、法律或相關學科專業；
- 在人力資源領域有不少於10年的工作經驗，其中5年在大、中型公司擔任管理職務；
- 有中資企业背景優先；
- 對香港雇傭條例和相關法律有深入了解；
- 組織能力強，工作細緻，善於處理多項任務；
- 具有團隊合作精神和領導能力，善於處理人際關係； 熟練掌握英語和普通話。
