## Job description
- Assist in reviewing the legal documentation and commercial agreements
- Provide assistance and support to ensure the Company’s policies and procedures are in compliance with all local regulatory requirements
- Provide assistance and support to ensure effective development, monitoring, and enforcement of compliance procedures and policies are in place
- Assist in development of ERM system and implementation the risk frameworks, policies, guidelines / procedures and methodologies to identify, measure, control and report on all risk categories across the company
- Participation in various ad-hoc projects
- Hong Kong permanent residents or non-permanent residents but must hold a valid work visa (IANG, Quality Migrants or Dependant, etc.)
- Degree holder or above, preferably in Law, Risk Management, Accounting or related disciplines
- Experience in compliance, audit or risk management field, with exposure to the insurance company and/or financial services company, is preferred
- Good knowledge of Companies Ordinance, Insurance Co. Ordinance, other relevant regulatory requirements
- Good communication and strong analytical skills
- Able to work independently and responsible
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
