## Job description
- 负责当地政企业务（含农险）的销售推动工作；
- 负责当地政企客户（含农险）的指标追踪和经营分析工作；
- 负责当地经纪、银行渠道的对接合作、营销推动和日常管理；
- 负责当地政企项目管理和重大项目销售支持工作；
- 负责当地销售队伍建设和管理工作；
- 负责当地系统工具应用推广工作；
- 领导交办的其他工作。
- 在规定时间内取得毕业证、学位证或完成教育部门学历认证的留学人员；
- 遵纪守法、诚实守信、敢于担当；
- 具有较强的学习能力、沟通表达能力，具有良好的分析问题、解决问题的能力，具备与岗位要求相适应的专业知识和能力；
- 身体健康，具备胜任工作要求的身体条件。
