## Job description

（1）负责人伤案件的跟踪，医院复勘、伤残复勘、陪同评残， （2）调解与诉讼方案上报、调解、索赔计算上报等全流程处理； （3）负责根据相关法律法规及两核标准，在规定时效内完成权限内的人伤案件审核及超权限案件的初审上报工作； （4）负责指导、参与人伤事故性质调查、医院查勘、交警队核查、工作收入及护理人核查、小额案件索赔等工作； （5）负责诉讼案件、追偿与代位求偿案件的处理。 （6）负责跟进人伤、诉讼相关委托第三方机构处理案件的协调处理。 （7）负责查勘定损岗与单证收集及理算岗的专业技能培训与日常作业指导； （8）领导交办的其他工作。 大学本科及以上学历优先； 年龄40周岁以下优先； 保险、法学、医学相关专业优先； 具备人伤、医疗相关工作经验者优先； 具备优秀的沟通表达能力、团队协作能力，学习力和执行力强。
