## Job description
- 协助部门负责研究分公司当地市场及监管形势，对标竞争对手，拟定分公司团体财产险中、长期规划；
- 协助部门负责预算管理、目标路径管理，拟定分公司团体财产险各条线预算及工作目标，监控目标达成；
- 负责统筹分公司各产品线、理赔条线及行政条线业务督导及重点工作追踪；
- 负责分公司团体财产险经营分析工作；
- 负责分公司团体财产险对内、外部数据报送；
- 协助部门统筹制定业务竞赛方案，追踪竞赛方案达成情况。
- 负责分公司业务推动岗相关工作职责；
- 领导交办的其他工作。
- 年龄30周岁以下；
- 统招本科及以上学历，金融、保险、经济学等相关专业；
- 具有强烈的责任心，爱岗敬业、锐意进取、逻辑思维缜密、具备较强的沟通协调能力。
