## Job description
- 负责运营相关业务的操作工作；
- 负责执行和落实公司运营服务各项业务流程、制度、规则等；
- 为一线业务做好支持工作；
- 配合完成反洗钱工作；
- 根据公司统一安排，参加对应条线管理培训生培养计划；
- 全力参与并配合公司的培养计划，尽快熟悉寿险公司运作及经营管理等。
- 本科及以上学历；
- 有良好的语言表达能力、熟练使用办公软件；
- 良好的团队协作精神，有较强的抗压能力，并具备较强的逻辑能力；
- 爱岗乐业，善于学习，乐于沟通，工作认真、细致，作风朴实。
