## Job description

- Develop and implement records policies and organize annual filings.
- Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and track action items.
- Handle company documents, meeting materials, and internal news publications.
- Assist in corporate governance, authorization structures, and regulatory reporting.
- Manage corporate licenses, seals, and company registration work.
- Provide first-line support for major incidents and reporting.
- Offer general administrative support and other assigned duties.
- Graduate 2026 or 2027 from any accredited university, bachelor's degree or above, major in Archival Studies, Corporate Governance or a related field, with excellent academic record
- Preference will be given to candidates with relevant internship experiences gained from government agencies or state-owned entreprises
- Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills
- Strong motivated with a strong sense of initiative and a fast learning ability
- Proactive, presentable, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficent in MS Office (word, excel, powerpoint)
- Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese and English including Putonghua
- Job applicants must be HK permanent residents or hold valid Hong Kong visa for employment (such as Top Talent Pass Scheme, IANG, General Employment Policy, Admission Scheme for Mainland Talents and Professionals, Quality Migrants Admission Scheme, etc)
