## Job description
- 确定个人非车险业务预算实施路径，实施预算执行跟踪、预警和纠偏调整，密切协同理赔，实施承保管理及品质控制，定期追踪分析业务品质，监控各项业务指标达成；负责重点产品专项分析，加强费率充足性管理，提升产品经营质量。
- 规范产品管理行为，实施条款回溯管理，推动产品合规整改与优化，有效管控产品风险。
- 为部门新产品开发提供支持。负责部门内新产品的产品方案和费率表审核，精算报告撰写，协助进行条款审核。
- 负责统筹对分公司个人非车险条线人员的考核、培训管理工作，培育条线运营队伍。
- 负责部门合规、应收、承保质检等部门经营管理工作。
- 根据法律法规、监管、集团以及公司的要求，落实偿付能力风险管理能力、洗钱风险等教育与风险排查、保护消费者权益、互联网可回溯制度等风险合规工作相关职责，防范可能产生的舆情风险。
- 部门交办的其他工作。
- 熟悉保险产品的开发流程、保险行业法律法规及监管政策，具备较强的风险意识和合规意识；
- 具备较强的市场分析能力及商业敏感度；
- 熟练使用办公软件及数据分析工具；
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力、团队管理能力和解决问题的能力；
- 具有高度的责任心和抗压能力。 6.8年以上保险工作从业经验，其中有2年以上业务管理经验。
