## Job description

### 崗位職責
- 負責公文、公司活動、各類工作會議、活動講話材料等相關檔的撰寫校對工作，領導發言檔的起草;
- 負責起草辦公室各項規章制度及工作計畫、工作總結等；
- 完成領導交辦的其他任務和各種應急事務的處理。

### 崗位要求
- 大學本科及以上學歷，文学、工商管理、法学、公司治理等相關專業；
- 具備良好的文字功底，可以起草各類行政檔;有一定的文字處理能力，能熟練運用電腦辦公系統；語言表達和寫作能力強，具備較強的溝通協調能力；
- 工作認真細緻，有親和力和服務意識。具備良好的計畫和執行能力，愛崗敬業，有較強的抗壓能力和工作責任心。
- 從事辦公室文秘工作2年以上，具備企業行政管理、檔管理方面的知識和經驗，優先考慮；
- 具有中資企業工作2年以上經驗，優先考慮；
- 可立即上崗者優先。
