- 根据上级公司的业务目标和当地市场状况，制定并实施机构个人业务计划，并达成目标
- 全面负责机构日常经营管理
- 负责机构个人业务管理团队建设和发展 1、本科及以上学历； 2、3年以上寿险营销和管理经验，具有岗位相应的专业技能； 3、良好的沟通协调能力和组织能力，执行力强，勇于接受挑战。
