## Job description
- 负责车险事故现场查勘、拍照取证、信息核实，判定事故真实性与保险责任；
- 开展车辆定损、配件与工时核定，指导客户理赔，控制理赔风险与赔付成本；
- 跟进案件进度，协助人伤、诉讼、追偿等复杂案件处理；
- 遵守理赔合规要求，做好客户沟通，提升服务满意度；
- 接受24小时值班、外勤出险、节假日及突发事故应急调度。
- 大专及以上学历，汽车、机械、保险、法律等相关专业优先；
- 持有C1及以上驾照，驾驶熟练，能接受外勤及值班；
- 熟悉车辆构造、车险条款、查勘定损流程及配件价格；
- 沟通表达良好，责任心强，吃苦耐劳，廉洁自律；
- 有保险公司、维修厂相关经验者优先。
