## Job description
- 接听和回复客户电话咨询、收集客户需求及问题，并做好电话记录；
- 执行客户现场服务、咨询与接待，乐享家资格客户的选房工作；
- 收集入住客户基础资料、预入住房间、时间等信息并进行录入工作；
- 客户入住前对接工作及入住合同签署、核对、用印等入住流程工作；
- 完成客户服务变更、续签、退住等需求的手续办理；
- 负责服务费、能源费、增值服务费、一卡通充值等费用收缴工作；
- 负责整理颐养公寓月度账单、活力公寓年度服务费用单等账单的开具，整理票据及登记；
- 完成现金、银行存款日记账工作，执行与财务部门核对日记账、月记账等账目明细工作；
- 对社区紧急呼叫情况进行协助处理、对接管家至紧急呼叫处理结束；
- 完成上级交办的其他事项。 具备基本的逻辑思维、语言表达、沟通方面的能力，普通话标准；基本掌握OFFICE等办公软件；
