## Job description
- 协助机构做好文件流转工作，包括文件的收发、流转和整理归档等；
- 协助机构差旅、会议接待、职场布置、设备维护等行政后勤服务保障工作；
- 协助分公司收集机构家具、设备、办公用品等物料需求，员工信息采集及材料归档等工作；
- 协助分公司做好工会相关保障工作；
- 部门交办的其他工作。 1、全日制本科以上学历，金融、保险、管理等相关专业，党员优先； 2、35周岁以下，1年以上相关工作经验，有保险工作经验者优先； 3、良好的团队合作意识，具备较强的责任感和事业心，抗压能力强，具有较好的学习能力、组织策划能力、协调能力。
