## Job description
- 根据法律、法规及合同约定完成理赔案件的审核工作，在保障客户合法权益的同时，运用自身医学、法律等专业知识，识别不当理赔，控制理赔风险；
- 参与理赔相关制度、规则、流程等标准的制订、设计、维护和完善；
- 对理赔业务数据进行统计分析，为持续优化和完善理赔系统、提高理赔服务水平、强化理赔全流程风险管控提供建议，提升理赔工作效率与质量；
- 为专业公司提供理赔业务支持，包括疑难问题咨询、参与专业公司的理赔培训与服务工作等。
- 本科及以上学历，医学、保险、法学等相关专业；
- 有医院、保险公司相关工作经历者优先；
- 责任心强，具备良好的沟通协调、系统思维和问题解决能力。
