## Job description
- 分析培训需求，制定内部队伍及合作渠道的培训规划；
- 根据培训规划配置培训相关资源及沟通协调相关工作；
- 组织实施内外部培训，关注销售队伍的成长；
- 评估培训效果，完善培训规划；
- 对现有在售产品的卖点进行分析、包装，开发产品培训课件，推动产品销售；
- 负责机构兼职讲师队伍建设；
- 负责整理归档各类培训档案，并定期收集、分析与上报培训信息。
- 本科及以上学历；
- 具备2年以上寿险工作经验；
- 熟练使用办公软件，文笔扎实，能够独立撰写各类报告、战报等；
- 具备较强的语言表达能力及学习能力；
- 具备较强的责任心和团队合作精神、能承担较大的工作压力。
